What is self love? The ability to love oneself, actually expands our energy outwards, allowing us to
give of ourselves with more compassion, truly loving ........................when your cup is full then and only
then you can give love fully.........
Remind yourself, you come first, your a beautiful unique being, pay attention to your thoughts, your internal conversations with yourself! Are they healthy? destructive? critical? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Try to refocus and teach your mind to have amazing conversation, positive, reinforce and recognize your
special beauty...................don't wait for someone to fill your cup, you fill it, and watch how wonderful
little miracles occur....

A few more thoughts for the beginning of November..
Today I felt the need to repost my blog pre-election as I have noticed so much
negativity on the Facebook newsfeed.
Lets remember that we are one country - whether we are disappointed with the outcome or exicted, it is better to stand united and move forward than encourage more negative behavior.
Use your energy to help out at a shelter or join your local community and start a
project that makes a difference!!

Thoughts for the beginning of November...
Where should I begin...
Seriously, October flew by. The last I left off I posted a YouTube video discussing Halloween and a benefit for a young woman struggling with bone cancer at the age of 21.. since that post the drama that has unfolded is absolutely crazy. The biggest storm in over 50 years, Sandy, hit our area. As I write this blog post I still don't have power! The simple things in life that we take for granted... like making a cup of tea or drying our hair.. wow, driving, gas... who knew!
I however, am able by the grace of God to have the use of internet because I am fortunate to be at some one's home who has power. Today is November 5, the start of a full week in the aftermath of this horrible storm. So many people are suffering. Our neighbors, our friends and our families. Please know that everyday is an absolute gift. Need we be reminded that life strays us from what is important. The essence of our existence, the purpose of each day, is to be of service; acting as if we would want to be the recipient and expecting of our neighbor, friend or family to offer us kindness and respect without expecting anything in return. If only when we have all that we require can we for one moment experience the power of this moment of grace.
Be safe, be still and know that this too shall pass.

October 2nd, 2012 - today is Guardian Angel Day!
The theme is angels and mediators between us and the divine....
Whatever you believe in or can connect to as your highest source - take a moment to give back. Give back to the people in your life, the Earthly angels, you know, the ones that are always there to offer assistance their assistance.
Wait, watch and listen for the sound of bells, quiet music or radiant light. Who knows, maybe it is your guardian angel.

October is here!
Happy October!
Following the pattern of September, October gets its name from Octo, meaning eight, as it is the eighth month on the old calendar system. Throughout the month festivals for the dead increase with the waning light and late night harvest restively continue.
Magical efforts are accentuated by October's characteristics include clearing away old, unnecessary things or habits so that our body, mind and spirit are prepared for winter. Beyond this, metaphysical efforts for health, luck and debt paying seem common ensuring that winter, the season of rest and death will come and go with the least negative effect. Spirituality, universal truth, unity, cleansing and abundance all again are reinforced this month....
October's Goddess, Cherokee First Woman symbolizes all animals and plants. This Goddess appears in Cherokee myths as an ancestress to the tribe of animals and plants. Again purification and blessing release the Goddess's spiritual nature, rejuvenation and abundance into every cell of your body.
As we recently completed our 21 day vegan cleanse, going inside - deeply discovering your beauty from the inside out continues....

Half Way Through September!
September 15 already... how time flies!
Happy Holidays to all my Jewish friends!
As the month continues I would like to add a few more ideas regarding purification... As some of you may know, we are following a 21 day cleanse, today is day 12. It is very apparent that emotions are coming to the surface, it is part of the healing process... the cleanser you feed your body, the more your energy will shift - it doesn't feel comfortable, but I'm here to tell you that is normal. Feeling anxiety and more emotional than usual is common.
Take the time to be kind to your body, listen to the signals - rest. Take some quiet time each day without chaos.. no cell phone, no ipad, no music - pray or whatever that means for your. Your body is your temple!! The cleaner you feed it - you will begin to notice supple changes as your energy shifts, your needs will change and so will your cravings.
Do something kind for a perfect stranger. Acts of kindness attract universal energy which is contagious. Kindness never goes out of style, the smallest gesture can invoke such happiness for someone...
Live, Love, Laugh - in a few weeks Autumn will be here. Enjoy the most beautiful month! Inspire someone, volunteer in the community, make that phone call to a friend who needs a boost and you will increase your own personal power without even knowing it..
